1. Digital Products Refund Policy
Since our digital products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are handled as follows:
Eligible for Refund
- Product does not match the description provided on the product page.
- Product has critical bugs or errors that prevent normal use (and cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 days).
- Product was not delivered after successful payment (technical delivery failure).
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase and download.
- Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge.
- Product conflicts with third-party software or custom environments.
- Request made after 7 days from purchase date.
2. Refund Request Process
- Contact us at hello@bitnexo.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your order number, purchase email, and detailed reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Custom Service Projects
- Cancellation before project commencement: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
- Cancellation during development: Refund proportional to undelivered milestones.
- Cancellation after delivery: No refund applicable.
- Specific terms will be outlined in the individual project agreement.
4. Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Wallets: 3-5 business days
