1. Agreement to Terms

Bitnexo IT Consultancy provides IT consulting, web development, software development, SEO optimization, digital marketing, UI/UX design services, and digital products including source codes, templates, and scripts.

3. Digital Products

  • All digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
  • Products are licensed for use as described in their individual product descriptions.
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is prohibited unless explicitly stated.
  • We provide 6 months of technical support for all premium products.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through PayU payment gateway.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment must be completed before digital product delivery.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets via PayU.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Bitnexo IT Consultancy and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchased digital products grant you a license to use; ownership remains with Bitnexo.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during purchases.
  • Use our products and services lawfully.
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit our systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bitnexo IT Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

8. Service Level Agreements (Custom Projects)

For custom development projects, specific timelines, deliverables, and milestones will be agreed upon in a separate project agreement before work commences.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
